Dimension Data Pro-Am

Fancourt, South Africa, was the host of the popular Sunshine Tour Dimension Data Pro-Am from February 11-14 2010. The format foresees to play along an amateur for the first three days (and the last if the team makes the team-cut) and that on three (of five) different courses of the beautiful Fancourt resort.

André started well into the tournament with a -3 (69) on the Montagu course. Day two was marked by a cold putter and resulted in a 74 (+2) on the Outeniqua course. On the third day André got to play "The Links" (venue of the 2003 "Presidents Cup") and ended the round on another +2 (75), sailing safely through the cut. 

On the last day André could not build up on the scoring and fell out of a good finish with two double bogeys on the last nine holes of the Montagu course. At the end he finishied in tied 59th position with scores of 69, 74, 75 and 74 (+3) for a total of 292.

Next start: Telkom PGA in Jo'burg Country Club, South Africa, starting February 18 2010.
