The 20th jubilee season 2009 has come to an end and André still looks into the future with energy and joy - he's looking forward to an interesting time full of new challenges.

As every year, André started his seasonal campaign by playing events on the Sunshine Tour in South Africa over the winter months. From December 2009 until end of February 2010 he teed it up in five events, with mixed results. His best finish came at the last tournament, with a 13th position at the Vodacom Championship. After the "winter swing" of the Sunshine Tour André lies in 76th position on the Sunshine Order of Merit.

André has set up base back in Zürich, Switzerland, as per beginning of March 2010. He used the first weeks to build up on the excellent physical form he has been working on over the winter months and to set up his tournament strategy for the year. André has decided to play less events this year and to allow himself the odd start in Switzerland. Up to now with lots of success: be it at the Swiss PGA Team Championship in mid-April 2010 with partner Franco Li Puma or at the CS Swiss PGA Championship in Erlen in mid-August 2010, André walked off with the trophy each time. Let's see if this streak of success may for once also go on in Crans at the Omega European Masters staged this year from September 2-5 2010. Off the course, André keeps fulfilling his mandate as Captain of the Swiss PGA and is looking forward to Golfcourse Design projects with his partner, landscape architect Jean Dardelet. And of course, André offers a selection of exclusive Workshops - you will learn more about it on this website.

It's only the 2nd win at the national Pro-Championship (the first time André won in 2000), and therefore André thoroughly enjoyed the victory. After solid rounds of 66, 68 and 67, total 202 (-11) at the Golfclub Schlossgut Erlen from  August 10-12 2010 André could leave all his national Golfing colleagues behind and walk off with the trophy.
