Victory at the MAN-Nö Open in July 2008 on the Challenge Tour
Sensational victory of André in Ramsau on the golfcourse of Adamstal at the Challenge Tour event "MAN-Niederösterreich Open"!
André was in the lead all 4 days thanks to solidly played rounds of 65, 65, 69 and 66, but in the end he needed to edge out fellow European Tour member and Austrias golfing hero Markus Brier in a play-off despite his total score of 265 (-23).
A fantastic Win André - well done!

Victory at the Ponte Vecchio International Approach Championship in December 2007
A very special event, being held in Florenz, Italy, in December of each year: the mats to hit from are set up on the history ladden bridge Ponte Vecchio and 3 floating greens get fixed in a distance of 40, 60 and 80 meters on the river Arno.
At the end of the 3 days in december 2007 André had shown the most precision and walked away as the winner of this exceptional event.
Coplayers like European Tour Number 1 Robert Karlsson, colleague Markus Brier and Golf-Legend Bernhard Langer all were left behind and ended up congratulating André.

British Open 2005 in St. Andrews

The participation in a Golf Major is the greatest experience for every Golf touring professional. André is the only Swiss who had this pleasure twice: 1994 in Turnberry and 2005 in St. Andrews.
Qualifying to the Brititish Open in St. Andrews - the "Home of Golf" - from July 14 until 17 2005 was the greatest exprience ever! To be standing on the driving range next to Vijay, Ernie and Sergio and to be on the same double green as Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus was a unique sensation. Not to be part of the action on the weekend was a great disappointment but it makes André want to play in a Golf Major soon ever more!

Victory at the Air France Cannes Open in April 1995 on the European Tour
Until today André's greatest success on the European Tour! The victory came unexpected even though it was written in the stars. After André had turned pro in 1989 and made it on to the European Tour in 1992, this victory was a confirmation of André's talent and professionalism. The fact that André is part of the Winners on Tour makes him proud.
